Leader: Teacher

Start students out with basic stretching to loosen joints. Then get ready to Chachersize! Lead students into at traditional Chachersize, with the option for the more athletic students to add advanced Chachersize moves.

Activity:

  • Select “Chachersize Warm Up” which starts with basic stretching to loosen joints.
  • Select 1 Chachersize Slide
  • Select 1 Chachersize Shuffle
  • Select 1 Chachersize Shuffle or Slide

Wednesdays Work it out Wednesday!

Leader: Parent or Celebrity

Activity:

  • Select “Chachersize Warm Up” which starts with basic stretching to loosen joints.

  • Select 1 Chachersize Shuffle or Slide

Fridays

Leader: Student Free-Style Fridays!

On free style Fridays, students should be able to choose a song that they’d like to Chachersize to. A student leader can be chosen. Have students make plans for the weekend to Chachersize at home or at a family event!

Nutrition Tips!

High School students should be introduced to the concepts of calorie and energy balance. Have them plan their meals for two days based on calories. They should be encouraged to research healthy snacks and develop well balanced menus. Ask them to come back to class and report to their peers. Students should vote on their favorite menus, based on taste, variety and keeping within the calories. You can award a prize for the winners.
